FAQ

  • What services do you offer?

End-to-end creative: brand photography, videography, editing, graphics, and campaign content for brands, events, NFPs and community orgs, plus design for socials, web, and print.

  • Where do you work, where are you based?

Based in Brisbane and available across SEQ (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast) and nationwide for booked shoots. I have experience in national and International travel for jobs, and this is quoted upfront.

  • How do quotes and pricing work?

Every project gets an individual, tailored quote with a fixed-scope based on concept, shoot time, crew, post-production, and usage/licensing. NFP and community rates are available as I work closely with you to meet budget constraints.

  • What’s your typical turnaround time?

Fast by default: preview selects in 48–72 hours for most designs & shoots; final edited deliverables usually within 7–14 days. But it really depends on the project and your requirements.

  • Can you handle the whole campaign (not just the shoot)?

Absolutely, pre-production (concept, scripts, shot-lists), production (photo/video/drone), and post (edit, grade, sound, captions, graphics), plus cut-downs for social.

  • Do we own the photos/videos? How does licensing work?

You receive a license tailored to your needs (web, social, print, paid ads, OOH). Full buy-out is available; raw files/licensing extensions can be added anytime.

  • Are you insured and compliant (permits, drone, releases)?

Description goes Yes, public liability cover; model/location releases as needed; council/site permits arranged; drone operations handled compliantly when required.here

  • How do we book and prepare?

Enquire with your goals, dates, and examples; we provide a proposal, timeline, and checklist. A deposit secures your slot; you’ll get a run-sheet and call sheet before the day.

  • How do you approach inclusivity and cultural safety?

As an LGBTQIA+SB creator who has worked with diverse communities, including remote First Nations partners, I prioritise respectful, consent-first processes. Cultural review and community feedback are welcomed before publishing.
